Where is the Treskow Fire Company, and How do you Get There from Dorko’s?!?

ok, since you’ve asked.  here’s the scoop:

Take:

Exit 39A off of Route 81

- you can get there from the north (via 924 – ringtown, brandonville, shepton, etc.) or the south, but that’s the exit.  from the looks of the map, if you can hop on 81 through mah(k)ony city, that might be the best route.

At the end of the ramp, go straight for Two Traffic Lights
Turn Right

Travel 1 1/2 miles (approx)

Straight onto Oak Street
go One Block, it’s on the Right

it sits on the corner, so you can make that right at the intersection and find parking in the rear.  don’t park in front of someone’s house (the one neighbor has had someone ill in the family and they needed to keep an ambulance path clean, so it’s not simply a matter of courtesy), there’s plenty of room on the side and in the back.

unfortunately, i don’t have a phone number for the fire house should you get lost on the way.  but, if you stop at the bar there’s a good chance someone else will be going up, so you can either find a ride partner, or perhaps get a cell phone number for someone who can guide you in.
